Story

Gokuu and Blooma continue along on Kintoun, until they reach Kame House. Gokuu says hi to "Urigome", but the turtle corrects him that his name is Umigame. Umigame calls Kamesennin-sama out, saying Gokuu's arrived. So Kamesennin comes out, asking if SON Gohan's memento Dragon Ball has been found yet. Since it hasn't, Kamesennin asks why he's here. Gokuu wants Blooma to explain, so she hops out of his shirt and grows back to normal size. Kamesennin asks how she did that, so Blooma explains about how "genius me" invented this Microband. Blooma then gets to the point and asks Kamesennin if he has a submarine capsule they can borrow. Kamesennin asks what they want it for, and Gokuu says the Dragon Ball's at the bottom of the ocean, and it's too far to dive down to. Kamesennin says he'll lend it to them, and Blooma thinks it was too easy. "Provided that..." Blooma's worried now. "...you give me that shrinking apparatus." Blooma's very relieved that's all. She thought he might've said to give her underwear, or pafupafu, or tsuntsun, or surisuri herohero. Blooma hands over her Microband, and asks for the submarine capsule. But Kamesennin says Kuririn and Lunch took it out to go shopping.

At Red Ribbon Headquarters, Red wonders why the brat has suddenly stopped moving. Black thinks the kid might have comrades, one of which could be an amazing scientist that invented his superior Radar. Red agrees, and realizes the place he's stopped at must be his base, and says to contact General Blue and have him scout out that place and find the enemy's hideout. Blue picks up the phone and receives those orders at Blue Company's Temporary Base. Still waiting for Kuririn and Lunch, Blooma asks Umigame where the bathroom is, and he says it's in to the left. Kamesennin thinks now's his chance, then yawns and tells Umigame and Gokuu he's gonna go in to watch TV. Then once he's inside, he shrinks down and runs under the bathroom door, intending to see some good stuff. He catches Blooma with her pants down, and gets excited and hops up to the top of the toilet. But Blooma is zipping her pants up, and he can't believe she's already finished. Then he suddenly slips and falls into the bowl, and Blooma flushes it. Blooma wonders what the noise is (Kamesennin screaming) as she's washing her hands.

Back outside, they're still not back yet, and Kamesennin crawls out from the sewer and grows back to normal. Umigame wonders why he's out here soaked instead of in watching television, and then Gokuu spots something. Kuririn and Good Lunch are back (apparently the submarine is also a plane), and Gokuu and Blooma say hello and stuff. Kuririn calls Blooma "Pants-san", and she yells at him that her name is Blooma. The reason they took so long was because of Lunch transforming, and Blooma wonders about that. (Blooma doesn't know about the sneezing; actually, she probably hasn't even met Lunch before.) And Kuririn asks Gokuu why he's here. One of Blue Company's jetflyers hasn't found anything yet, but thinks he will soon, since there aren't many islands. And apparently the situation's been explained to Kuririn (whose grocery bag says "Super Mario"), and he mentions pirate treasure being down there as well. Gokuu and Blooma wonder about that, and Kamesennin explains that they say the pirates hid their treasure somewhere down there. Blooma thinks that sounds cool, and Kuririn wants to go with them. Kamesennin gives him the okay, and Kuririn, Blooma, and Gokuu take off.

As they fly, Gokuu says this is a plane, and they're supposed to dive underwater, but Blooma assures him it's alright. Then she remembers she left the bag with the Dragon Balls behind, but Kuririn insists it will be alright with Mutenroushi-sama. The jetflyer spots them, and informs General Blue that it's headed towards Blue's area. It must be the brat, so the pilot decides to search the direction they came from. And the enemy base really is there: a house on a small island. Location is Point ESA-7024. Blue asks him to zoom in to find out if anyone's there. Just a woman, a turtle, and an old man. Blue thinks the old man must be the professor who invented the Radar.
