Story

The drawings begin, and Kuririn gets #71, in the second half of Block Two. Gokuu gets in the end of Block One, and Yamcha draws in the first half of Block One. Gokuu asks Jackie what he got, and he says #178, in Block Four. Then the PA system says they're going to decide the eight finalists, and so everyone needs to get to their proper blocks. Then the rules are explained: "The fights are one-on-one atop the contest platforms. If you fall below, faint, or say you give up, it's a loss." Then they all go to their proper blocks, and the official dude at Block One calls on #1 and #2, and Yamcha steps up. The opponent dude comes at Yamcha, but one elbow to the face knocks him out, and the official dude says #2 wins.

Then Yamcha and Gokuu look over at Kuririn, and this huge dude calls him a baldy baby. Then the huge dude tries to smash Kuririn with his huge palm, but Kuririn just slings the dude overhead by one of the huge fingers, tossing the dude into the wall. Gokuu compliments Kuririn, and then the tall, mean, three-eyed dude from Tsurusennin's party comes over and starts talking trash. Gokuu doesn't know who this is, and Kuririn tells him it's Mutenroushi-sama's rival Tsurusennin's student. The three-eyed dude tells them they're lucky they won't end up fighting him in the preliminaries, and then he talks more trash. Yamcha gives him the finger, and then #99 and #100 are called on in Block Three, and the dude says it's his turn.

The three-eyed dude takes off his coat, and Kuririn says he'll laugh if he loses, but Gokuu thinks he looks like an awesome guy. The three-eyed dude has to fight this sumo wrestler, and he defeats him in the blink of an eye. The official dude says #99 wins, and most of the onlookers didn't notice anything. But Kuririn and Yamcha notice it was four hand strikes and two kicks, and the three-eyed dude thinks that was nothing. Then it's Gokuu's turn, and apparently the tall, Arabic-looking dude he's gonna fight is the famous King Chapa.
