Story

It's night out, and at Sno's house, everyone's eating, with Gokuu munching everything up. And then he's finished. Sno's dad is home now, and he and the elder are grateful to Gokuu and Hatchan for what they've done. Sno's mom brings up the Dragon Ball, and Sno's dad says they never did find it, and wonders where it is. Hatchan says he had it, then takes the Er Xing Qiu out of his pocket. Sno's dad asks why he has it, and Hatchan says he found it when he went outside, but kept it hidden because General White said he'd kill all the villagers once it was found. At that, the elder stands up and says he really likes them, and invites Gokuu and Hatchan to come live at his house. Hatchan's worried, though, since he's an Artificial Human, but the elder says how even if he was a real human, bad guys are bad guys.

Hatchan tears up and says he's really happy, then asks SONGOKUU if he'll live with them, too. Gokuu says he can't, since this ball isn't Grandpa's memento. Hatchan thinks he'll be lonely, but Gokuu says they'll surely meet again someday. Sno's mom thinks the boys should stay here for the night, and then the elder heads off, saying Hatchan can come live with him starting tomorrow. The kids are all in Sno's room now, with Hatchan and Gokuu in futons on the floor. Sno thinks the Dragon Balls are pretty, and Gokuu says she can have them. But Sno doesn't want them, in case the Red Ribbon Army comes back. So, Gokuu will hold them, and he puts them in his little sack with the Dragon Radar. Hatchan asks if that's the Radar that General White kept talking about, and Gokuu says this guy named Blooma gave it to him. Gokuu tries clicking the top to see where the next ball is, but nothing happens, and Gokuu thinks it must've got broken while he was fighting. Hatchan wants to take a look, but it's too complicated for him to fix, so Gokuu thinks he'll have to go to Blooma's house to get it fixed.

GOKUU: If I remember right, it was 'West City'. Which direction is that?
SNO: West City, you say... Hmm... I think it's that way.
HATCHAN: That's incredibly far! How do you plan on getting there?
GOKUU: By walking!
SNO: Hiee!! W-walking!? ...But, it can't be helped... There's no cars or planes in this village... We'll give you a lot of bentou.
GOKUU: Really!?
HATCHAN: Good luck, SONGOKUU!

They all go to sleep, and Hatchan thinks sleeping in a futon feels good. "The next morning..." All the villagers are outside now, and Gokuu's bundled up in winter clothes again. Sno's dad is surprised to hear he's walking, and Gokuu explains how Kintoun got all broken. "What!? Kintoun, you say!?" asks an old guy, wanting to know if Gokuu could ride Kintoun. Gokuu asks how he knows about Kamesennin Grandpa's Kintoun, and the old guy explains how there used to be a bunch of those when he was a kid. The elder affirms that, and says there haven't been any people around here with good hearts to ride them anymore. The old guy asks if he's tried calling it since it got broken, and Gokuu hasn't, since he thought it died. So, Gokuu calls, and Kintoun whooshes in, and Gokuu happily hugs it. Then he says goodbye to Sno and Hatchan and everybody, and zooms off to West City.
