Chapter 240

最後の賭け!!
Saigo no Kake!!

Story

Gohan continues transforming, and Vegeta tries to kill him before he completes, but then it's too late. Kuririn thinks Gokuu's taking a big risk with this. Vegeta then remembers to try and attack the tail, but then Oozaru Gohan punches him on the head. Gohan stands up and starts thrashing around, and Vegeta looks scared. Kuririn remembers how Gokuu had no reason when he was an Oozaru, but what about Gohan... Gohan busts up a random mountain thing, and some rubble lands on Kuririn. Kuririn thinks some more about Gohan, and then yells at Gohan to attack the Saiyan.

Gohan suddenly stops, and then takes the giant rock he's holding over his head and throws it down towards Vegeta. Vegeta just barely jumps outta the way, and Kuririn realizes Gohan still has some of his mind left, being half Earthling. Vegeta is pissed, and says that since the moon he made won't disappear for another hour, he needs to cut off the tail. Gohan jumps up into the air, as Vegeta forms a Kienzan. Then as Gohan comes down towards Vegeta, Vegeta jumps up and launches it, and the Kienzan slices off Gohan's tail.

Gohan falls forward as he starts to detransform, and Vegeta can barely move. And then, crush. The remaining bulk of Gohan lands on Vegeta as they hit the ground. And then Gohan is back to normal completely (and naked!). Vegeta struggles to reach into his chest armor and pull out a little remote control thing, then he fiddles with it and stops moving again. Kuririn thinks he must be invulnerable to still be able to move. And over in the remains of East City, some scientist dudes are excavating through the ruins, and they come across one of the two space pods. Suddenly it shoots up into the air and flies away. Vegeta can't believe this has happened.
