Story

The energy ball thing hits the planet, and boom...? Kaiou-sama notices this, and tells the others that Son Gokuu did well, and he certainly could've won one-on-one, but Freeza has destroyed Planet Nameck, and he'll survive its destruction. But then someone interrupts and says, "Kaiou-sama, can you hear me!? It is I, Kami of Earth." Kaiou-sama dismally says he hears. Kami-sama says Mister Popo is now gathering all of the Dragon Balls, soon he'll have them all, then he can wish back those at Kaiou's place. But then Kaiou-sama perks up and realizes he's alive, so Piccolo must be alive also. "Planet Nameck isn't gone!!! Gokuu, Gohan, Piccolo, and the girl are all still alive!!!"

Gokuu and Freeza are both floating over a giant hole in the planet, with sparks and stuff coming out of it. Freeza realizes he didn't have enough power, and Gokuu says how he's just escaped death. Freeza laughs and tells him he doesn't know anything. Freeza asks if he knows what happens if the planet's core is destroyed, and explains that in about five minutes, there'll be a much bigger explosion that will turn Planet Nameck into spacedust. Kaiou-sama freaks out, and Gokuu is a bit surprised too. But then Gokuu says five minutes is plenty. He can defeat Freeza, take his friends, and escape to Earth on his spaceship. But Freeza says he's the only one with any hope left, much greater than Gokuu's. He's going to show his 100% power now. Gokuu figures he probably never used his full power before because his body couldn't handle it.

Gokuu yells that he doesn't have time to waste, and he'll settle this now. But Freeza hits Gokuu with a shockwave or something, knocking him down into the water. Gokuu resurfaces, with little damage, except half his shirt gone. Freeza says this is still only 70% of his full power. Gokuu flies at Freeza, as he says, "And this will be my long-awaited one hundred percent!!"
