Story

Some time has passed since the Tenkaichi Budoukai. Gokuu flies through the air on Kintoun in a wooded, mountain-ish area, and he stops at a river for a drink. Then he checks the Radar Blooma gave him, and there's a Dragon Ball a little ways northeast. Meanwhile, at two capsule houses with a pickup truck (a Ford) outside, a cowboy guy has just woken up. Another guy in a trenchcoat, wearing a scarf around his neck, tells him it's already 8:00, and the cowboy guy greets him as Silver-san. Silver tells the cowboy guy to get off to work, and so the cowboy guy gets in the truck with a fox guy. Silver says that Leader Red wants them to find "it" quickly. Brown Company already found one yesterday. The truck drives off, and Silver reveals to us that the thing they're looking for is a Dragon Ball.

The cowboy guy digs through some bushes, angry about having to search for such a small ball in this big area, and then the fox guy spots something. "Ossu." Gokuu comes whooshing in, then hops off of Kintoun and checks the Radar. Gokuu looks around, and the two guys tell him to get out of the way or they'll kill him. (The cowboy guy now has a gun out.) Gokuu then finds it in between two rocks. "This has six stars, so it's the Liu Xing Qiu. Not Grandpa's..." The two guys think that must be the Dragon Ball, and Gokuu asks how they know about that.

The cowboy guy points his gun and says to just hand it over, and Gokuu asks what he's planning to do with it. The cowboy guy says to hand it over if he doesn't wanna die, and so Gokuu sticks his tongue out. The cowboy guy tries to snatch it, so Gokuu kicks him off into the distance. The fox guy starts firing at Gokuu, but Gokuu dodges the bullets, then jumps over to the guy. He punches the fox guy in the gut, then kicks him off as well.

Gokuu picks up the Liu Xing Qiu and starts to fly off, while the cowboy guy slumps over to the truck and radios Silver. Silver runs out of one of the houses with a missile launcher, then fires it up towards Gokuu. Direct hit. Gokuu lands safely, although Kintoun is destroyed. Gokuu's pissed, as Silver asks him about his Radar, why he's gathering the Dragon Balls, etc. Gokuu's not telling anything to him, though, for what he did to Kintoun. "Kid... Don't mess with Red Ribbon's Colonel Silver..."
