Greetings. I am Rachel, and this website has existed in some form for ten years now. To celebrate this anniversary, I'm trying to fix things and make them relatively respectable. Hopefully I succeed! Because I have lots of other content ideas (some top-secret) that I want to begin after that.
Oh, and as part of the anniversary celebrations, I've made a blog, which also serves as a revival of my old "commentaries." I've also begun experimenting with feed technology, as you can see below if you have JavaScript enabled (I don't use it much, I promise). News from the official site journal is indirectly displayed here by these means. Some of that currently relies heavily on third-party services, but that will likely change in the near future.
If you're still not sure what this site is, then don't worry, because neither am I. At the moment, this page simply serves as a hub of my many projects, which I've dubbed Magikarp46 Productions. The new design and the feed implementation are meant to help transition into something more organized and integrated.
And if you're wondering about the new banner, then the answer to just about every question is, "It's intentional." You can read here for a further explanation. Some of it may get fixed up in the near future, but it's not a priority right now.
